Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Ability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing, and lifting with assistance
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Experience with POS register systems

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone our operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
- adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation
- leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
- delegate tasks efficiently
- Oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- Foster a thriving sales culture
- Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by your center
- Walk, bend, and stand for periods of time in an entertainment environment
