Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in restaurant or entertainment management
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team while delegating tasks effectively
- Manage and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
