Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills
  • ability to develop and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • proven team player
  • strong people development skills
  • excellent customer service abilities
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing complaints and soliciting feedback
  • schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • motivate and lead team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage program maintaining quality standards and supervising ongoing training
