Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills
- ability to develop and motivate a team
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing complaints and soliciting feedback
- schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- motivate and lead team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage program maintaining quality standards and supervising ongoing training
