Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- bachelor's degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing for long periods, and lifting with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
- capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, administer league-related duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members effectively, delegate tasks to maximize productivity
- oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- provide training and supervision for consistent corporate standards execution
- maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days
