Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor's degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing for long periods, and lifting with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, administer league-related duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members effectively, delegate tasks to maximize productivity
  • oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • provide training and supervision for consistent corporate standards execution
  • maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days
