Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Capability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Proficient in customer service
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee management and growth of food and beverage programs while ensuring quality standards
  • Work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
