Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Capability to lift objects with some assistance
Job Qualifications

- Proficient in customer service
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee management and growth of food and beverage programs while ensuring quality standards
- Work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
