Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet center’s needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities in market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform administrative duties for leagues
- Recruit hire train and schedule talented hourly center staff
- Lead team and motivate leveraging individual strengths ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity delegate responsibilities
- Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program ensure quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction provide ongoing training to staff
