Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of management experience in food and beverage or entertainment operations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and develop a team
- capability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 2 or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- customer service proficiency
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league-related administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee food and beverage program management and sales growth
- maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
