Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of management experience in food and beverage or entertainment operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • capability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • exceptional people developer
  • customer service proficiency
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league-related administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee food and beverage program management and sales growth
  • maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
