Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone our operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation
  • leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
  • Oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by your center
