Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work extended workdays

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests delivering exceptional service soliciting feedback and addressing complaints
- Continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
- Capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers managing league formats and announcements
- Recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Manage and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended hours as needed
