Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- be a champion for guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting feedback and resolving complaints
- continually hone operational execution scheduling staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- capitalize on business opportunities executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers adhering to league formats and distributing announcements
- recruit hire train and schedule talented hourly center staff
- lead team through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity delegate tasks
- oversee management and expansion of food and beverage program ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction
- maintain flexibility working varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
