Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong commitment to guest satisfaction
  • ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting feedback and resolving complaints
  • continually hone operational execution scheduling staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on business opportunities executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers adhering to league formats and distributing announcements
  • recruit hire train and schedule talented hourly center staff
  • lead team through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity delegate tasks
  • oversee management and expansion of food and beverage program ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • maintain flexibility working varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
