Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to walk, bend, stand for periods
  • ability to lift objects with assistance
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • champion guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly
  • hone operational execution and schedule staff effectively
  • execute marketing strategies to boost sales including leagues and open play
  • develop relationships with league bowlers and manage league administration
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate the team using individual strengths
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and high guest satisfaction
