Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to walk, bend, stand for periods
- ability to lift objects with assistance
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- champion guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly
- hone operational execution and schedule staff effectively
- execute marketing strategies to boost sales including leagues and open play
- develop relationships with league bowlers and manage league administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate the team using individual strengths
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and high guest satisfaction
