Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • hone operational execution and staff scheduling to optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales in leagues and open play areas
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and administer league operations
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • manage and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and compliance
