Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- hone operational execution and staff scheduling to optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales in leagues and open play areas
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and administer league operations
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- manage and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and compliance
