Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize the guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales for leagues, open play bowling, and other entertainment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly team
- Lead, motivate, and delegate to maximize team strengths and center productivity
- Oversee Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to implement corporate initiatives and foster a sales culture
- Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days
