Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize the guest experience
  • Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales for leagues, open play bowling, and other entertainment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly team
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate to maximize team strengths and center productivity
  • Oversee Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to implement corporate initiatives and foster a sales culture
  • Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days
