Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently deliver exceptional service, solicit valuable feedback, actively address and resolve guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution, schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team effectively, delegate tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Oversee management and expansion of food and beverage program, ensure quality standards, provide ongoing training to staff
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
