Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 2 years management experience in food service or entertainment operations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • ability to lead and develop a diverse team
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • physical ability to stand walk bend and lift objects with assistance

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations

Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business and perform associated administrative duties
  • recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team and influence them through effective motivation leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity delegate tasks appropriately
  • oversee the management and expansion of the center’s food and beverage program ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended days as needed by the center
