Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, resolving guest complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, perform administrative league duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members, delegate tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage program, ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction, provide training and supervision in corporate initiatives
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
