Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing for long periods
  • Willingness to work extended shifts
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Exceptional ability to develop and mentor people

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and enhance guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to boost sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administration
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members effectively, delegating tasks to maximize productivity
  • Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
