Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands including walking, bending, standing for long periods
- Willingness to work extended shifts
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and enhance guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to boost sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members effectively, delegating tasks to maximize productivity
- Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
