Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in relevant food service or entertainment roles
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Ability to lead and supervise a diverse operations team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints actively
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience and meet operational needs
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities like leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers, handle league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff effectively
- Lead the team through motivation and delegation to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand the food and beverage program maintaining quality standards and guest satisfaction
