Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in related food service operations
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
  • Willingness to lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people developer
  • Proficient in customer service
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints actively
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and perform related administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team through effective delegation
  • Oversee Food & Beverage program management and expansion
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
