Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in related food service operations
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
- Willingness to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player

- Proficient in customer service
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints actively
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and perform related administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team through effective delegation
- Oversee Food & Beverage program management and expansion
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
