Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience in food service or entertainment operations
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solve
  • customer service oriented
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

  • customer service proficiency
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service and address guest complaints
  • schedule staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league-related administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate team members leveraging their strengths
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
