Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in food service or entertainment operations
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solve
- customer service oriented
- knowledge of POS systems
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

- ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional service and address guest complaints
- schedule staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league-related administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate team members leveraging their strengths
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
