Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff effectively
  • strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience in staff recruitment, training, and motivation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • schedule staff to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • maintain relationships with league bowlers and manage league administration
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead, motivate, and delegate to the management team to maximize productivity
  • manage and grow the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and sales growth
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
