Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff effectively
- strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- excellent communication skills
- experience in staff recruitment, training, and motivation

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- schedule staff to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- maintain relationships with league bowlers and manage league administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead, motivate, and delegate to the management team to maximize productivity
- manage and grow the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and sales growth
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
