Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service
- solicit valuable feedback and actively address and resolve guest complaints
- continually hone operational execution including scheduling staffing levels
- capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform related administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training and supervision for consistent execution of corporate initiatives
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
