Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team through effective motivation and delegation
  • Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program
  • ensure highest quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
