Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints proactively
- schedule staffing to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales from leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and compliance with corporate standards
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
