Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • dedication to guest satisfaction and staff development
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints proactively
  • schedule staffing to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales from leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and compliance with corporate standards
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
