Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant operations leadership
  • proven track record in managing large teams
  • strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high guest traffic environment
  • excellent organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • demonstrated ability to manage and lead 50 plus direct reports
  • exceptional knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • familiarity with the New York restaurant market
  • ability to handle high guest traffic
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • responsible for all team member performance in assigned department
  • facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through
  • provide oversight and guidance to a team of 30 plus members
  • develop sales skills of the team with exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge
  • manage operations consistent with achieving annualized sales targets of 5-7 million
  • coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
