Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant operations leadership
- proven track record in managing large teams
- strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high guest traffic environment
- excellent organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment
- demonstrated ability to manage and lead 50 plus direct reports
- exceptional knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- familiarity with the New York restaurant market
- ability to handle high guest traffic
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- responsible for all team member performance in assigned department
- facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through
- provide oversight and guidance to a team of 30 plus members
- develop sales skills of the team with exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge
- manage operations consistent with achieving annualized sales targets of 5-7 million
- coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
