Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise and manage center operations staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people development skills
- Customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by consistently delivering exceptional service, solicit valuable feedback, actively address and resolve guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution by scheduling staffing levels to meet center’s needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business, adhere to league formats, and perform administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction, provide ongoing training and supervision
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
