Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise and manage center operations staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player

  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests by consistently delivering exceptional service, solicit valuable feedback, actively address and resolve guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution by scheduling staffing levels to meet center’s needs and maximize guest experience
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business, adhere to league formats, and perform administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
  • Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction, provide ongoing training and supervision
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
