Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team through effective motivation and delegation, leveraging individual team member strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Oversee management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
- Fill in for the center’s General Manager when necessary
