Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years management experience in relevant food service or hospitality roles
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate objects with assistance
- flexible with extended shifts
- commit to guest satisfaction and team development
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- champion guest service and resolve complaints
- hone operational execution and schedule staffing
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop relationships with league bowlers and handle league duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff
- motivate and lead team to maximize productivity
- oversee food and beverage program and training
- maintain flexibility with working hours
