Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years or older
  • able to lift and carry 25 pounds
  • flexible to work weekends and holidays
  • maintain Riverside County Food Handlers Card
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • exceptional grooming standards
  • ability to make quick and sound decisions
  • energetic and takes initiative

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant and bar supervision
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • excellent customer service skills
  • familiarity with Ponte wines a plus
  • ability to motivate and coach a team

Job Duties

  • supervise daily operations of restaurant and bar
  • ensure service quality exceeds guest expectations
  • support management in cost controls and inventory
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • handle guest complaints diplomatically
  • oversee food preparation and equipment cleanliness
  • motivate and train associates
  • complete scheduling and approve time cards
  • manage inventory and ordering
  • ensure compliance with health and labor regulations
  • prepare daily MOD reports
  • communicate guest issues with other departments
