Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 3+ years experience as bartender, server, and manager in high volume bar and restaurant atmosphere
- Full time availability including nights and weekends
- Current resume required for application
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years experience as bartender, server, and manager in high volume bar and restaurant atmosphere
- Proficiency in multiple POS platforms especially Toast
- Basic social media skills
- Ability to show initiative and be self motivated
- Strong team player with willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead team to maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage and train bar staff including onboarding and ongoing development
- Help manage payroll and control labor costs
- Purchase beer, wine, liquor, and smallwares while maintaining weekly purchasing and inventory costs
- Implement menu changes and daily specials in collaboration with other managers and head chef
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Support social media efforts with basic skills
