Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours
- able to see clearly at close and distant ranges
- basic communication skills

Job Duties
- Guest interactions
- reports to work well-groomed in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene
- greets guests courteously upon seating
- welcomes guests with non-scripted greetings
- offers menu suggestions using acquired knowledge
- delivers hot food promptly and checks orders for accuracy
- provides genuine hospitality and actively engages guests with concerns
- maintains cleanliness of tables, stations, and common dining areas
- attends to guest needs and requests
- maintains dining area by pre-bussing and detailing
- performs side work during downtime such as rolling silverware and restocking
- executes service cycle and team responsibilities
- communicates product or service deficiencies to management
- processes orders using POS equipment
- anticipates and corrects system breakdowns
- assists team members by maintaining service stations and restocking
- cleans mirrors and artifacts
- runs food to ensure hot meals are served hot
- maintains cleanliness of dining room and pantry
