Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours
- ability to communicate clearly
- must be able to see at a distance of 20 feet and at close range of 12 inches
- must have good personal hygiene and wear uniform
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays weighing about 50 pounds
- must be able to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to perform basic addition and subtraction
- exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and cleaning chemicals
- ability to bend, reach, and fit through 30-inch openings

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and respectful way when seated at station
- offer menu suggestions using acquired menu knowledge
- deliver hot food checking orders for accuracy, appearance, and temperature
- actively engage guests who have concerns and ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- keep tables, station, pantry line, and dining room common areas clean
- write guest checks and operate POS equipment according to company policies
- restock service station with necessary supplies such as glasses, tea, ice, and plates
- perform side work during shift downtime including rolling silverware and bussing tables
- communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding service deficiencies and safety problems
- maintain cleanliness of dining room and pantry area
