Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Must be able to see at a distance of 20 feet and close range of 12 inches

  • Must be able to carry trays weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Must maintain good personal hygiene and appearance
  • Must be able to fit through 30-inch wide openings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station
  • Welcome guests immediately upon seating with a non-scripted greeting
  • Use menu knowledge to offer suggestions, answer questions and anticipate guests' needs
  • Check completed food orders for accuracy, appearance and temperature and deliver to table immediately
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry line area and dining room common areas
  • Perform side work including rolling silverware, restocking cleaning work stations and bussing tables
  • Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product or service deficiencies and safety problems
