Job Requirements

  • No previous experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk extensively for up to 8 hours
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Good personal hygiene and appearance
  • Ability to see at a distance of 20 feet and close range of 12 inches
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to work irregular hours including busy and stressful periods
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to maneuver in spaces as small as 30 inches wide
  • Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation, safety, and customer service principles
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station
  • Welcome guests immediately upon seating with a non-scripted greeting
  • Use acquired menu knowledge to offer menu suggestions and answer questions
  • Deliver hot food promptly while checking for accuracy, appearance, and temperature
  • Show genuine hospitality and engage guests to ensure 100% satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry line, and dining room common areas
  • Complete assigned cleaning duties and perform side work such as rolling silverware, restocking, and bussing tables
