Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Must see clearly at 20 feet distance and close range of 12 inches
- Ability to distinguish shapes and utilize peripheral vision
- Must communicate clearly
- Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, and cold
- Ability to reach heights of 6 feet and depths of 2 to 3 feet
- High level of mobility and flexibility
- Time management skills required
- Ability to read, write and perform addition and subtraction
- Must be able to use fingers to write, slice, chop and operate equipment
- Must fit through 30 inch openings
- Willingness to work irregular hours under pressure
- Ability to bend, reach, and walk
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds for 30 feet
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to dish and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to undergo in-house training
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety practices
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Deliver genuine hospitality and create memorable experiences
- Maintain a positive, professional appearance and attitude
- Perform duties to maximize guest satisfaction and maintain a quality work environment
- Follow directions and training from Manager on Duty
- Handle food and beverage service safely and efficiently
