Job Requirements
- no prior experience required
- must be well-groomed and practice good personal hygiene
- must report to work in clean and proper uniform
- basic skills such as sanitation, safety and customer service can be taught through in-house training
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- must be at least 16 years old or as required by local labor laws

Job Duties
- greet guests in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station
- welcome guests immediately upon seating with a non-scripted greeting
- offer menu suggestions, answer questions and anticipate guests' needs using acquired menu knowledge
- check completed food orders for accuracy, appearance and temperature and deliver promptly
- show genuine hospitality and engage guests to ensure 100% satisfaction
- keep tables, stations, pantry line area and dining room common areas clean
- attend to additional guest needs or requests
- maintain cleanliness of stations and pantry and perform side work during downtime
- execute the service cycle and team responsibilities at all times
- communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment or safety problems
- write guest checks and operate POS equipment according to company policies
- assist team members by maintaining service stations and restocking supplies
- maintain cleanliness of dining room and pantry area
