Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years managerial experience preferably in food service industry
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Willingness to work irregular hours under pressure
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Assist restaurant staff to achieve planned profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction and employee training
- Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner
- Perform or assist all restaurant functions as needed
- Maintain inventory levels for food and non-food items through proper ordering and efficient usage
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance including preventive maintenance and adherence to safety standards
- Conduct staffing, training, performance reviews, and counseling for kitchen personnel
- Oversee accurate financial data including payroll, supplies, inventories, and expenses
- Attend management meetings and make presentations
- Address and resolve system breakdowns and deficiencies
- Train and develop Production Leaders and other supervised personnel
