Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years managerial experience preferably in food service industry
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- ability to communicate clearly
- ability to handle exposure to heat, steam, smoke, and cleaning chemicals
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- time management skills
- ability to work irregular hours under pressure
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- physical ability to bend, reach, and carry trays
- high mobility and flexibility
- must be able to fit through openings 30 inches wide
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage back of the house operations of the assigned restaurant
- achieve planned sales and profit levels through company policies and procedures
- provide direction to back of house staff ensuring execution of duties
- assist restaurant staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and employee development
- ensure all menu items are prepared and presented properly according to standards and regulations
- maintain inventory levels through proper ordering and efficient usage
- ensure compliance with productivity and service standards
- manage facility and equipment maintenance and safety
- conduct staffing, training, and performance reviews
- manage financial data including payroll and expenses
- attend management meetings and make presentations
- anticipate and correct system breakdowns
- ensure thorough training and development of kitchen personnel
