Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work irregular hours including busy periods
- Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction

- Ability to work in environments with heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service according to company policies
- Control the flow of business in the dining room to ensure guest comfort
- Check out guests at the register
- Process to-go orders
- Assist servers with pre-bussing procedures
- Perform side work during downtime such as rolling silverware and restocking cleaning workstations
- Communicate with management regarding product, service, or safety issues
