Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- some college or degree preferred
- 1-2 years general manager experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- ability to communicate clearly
- ability to manage time and perform addition and subtraction calculations
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work irregular hours under pressure
- exposure to heat, steam, smoke, and cleaning chemicals
- ability to fit through 30 inch openings
- strong mobility and flexibility
- necessary physical stamina including bending, reaching, and walking

Job Duties
- Directly supervise all unit management and indirectly supervise non-exempt employees during restaurant operation hours
- achieve planned profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
- plan and analyze manpower, develop and train employees including management
- perform or assist all restaurant functions as required
- ensure menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean and sanitary manner
- maintain compliance with productivity and service standards through well-trained employees
- manage facility and equipment maintenance, energy conservation, security, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements
- maintain inventory levels through correct ordering and efficient usage
- anticipate and correct system breakdowns to achieve guest satisfaction
- manage accurate financial data including payroll, cash, food costs, security, and operating expenses
- attend regional meetings and prepare presentations as requested
