Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations
- Must adhere to company uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepares cooking items
- Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform
- Uses, maintains and cleans all kitchen equipment and storage areas
- Stocks and rotates products to ensure freshness
- Follows recipes and portion control standards
- Prepares items according to guest requests and food safety guidelines
- Controls food cost through accurate portioning and waste reduction
