Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations
  • Must adhere to company uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior experience required, training provided
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepares cooking items
  • Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform
  • Uses, maintains and cleans all kitchen equipment and storage areas
  • Stocks and rotates products to ensure freshness
  • Follows recipes and portion control standards
  • Prepares items according to guest requests and food safety guidelines
  • Controls food cost through accurate portioning and waste reduction
