Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
- Willingness to work irregular hours and under pressure
- Adherence to food safety and OSHA standards
Job Qualifications
- No prior baking experience required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery items according to Perkins standards and specifications
- Label and date trays of baked items
- Follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures
- Set up and maintain display cases using proper merchandising techniques
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, prep areas, and display cases
- Use FIFO standards when preparing items
- Communicate with management and team members regarding product and service issues
