Job Requirements
- Experience with working in a professional kitchen
- Consistent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail including an ability to maintain a clean and safe station

- Team player able and willing to work in a collaborative restaurant and help other staff when they need it

- Physical stamina to lift 50lbs minimum and work 8-10 hour shifts on your feet

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to Alma’s recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist other team members as needed to support kitchen operations
- Manage time efficiently to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
