Job Requirements
- Experience working in a professional kitchen
- consistent time management and organizational skills
- attention to detail including maintaining cleanliness and safety
- positive attitude

- physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work 8 to 10 hour shifts on feet
- availability for weekend shifts

- Previous restaurant experience preferred

- physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting heavy items

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to Alma's standards
- maintain a clean and organized cooking station
- work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
- manage time effectively during fast-paced service
- assist team members as needed
- contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
