Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service preferred
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • ability to follow health department and OSHA regulations
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • must wear non-slip, oil-resistant shoes

Job Qualifications

  • Prior food service experience desired
  • possess a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • understanding of hotel service standards
  • strong guest relations and etiquette skills

Job Duties

  • Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed
  • continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for guests
  • maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room
  • clears dishware and flatware throughout dinner service
  • completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements such as rollups and condiments as directed
  • provides expeditious service to each guest ensuring water glasses are full
  • follows all standard food handling, sanitation, RBS, and health department guidelines
  • wears non-slip, oil-resistant shoes and follows all safety policies and procedures
  • reports potential safety issues and takes immediate action in emergencies
