Job Requirements

- possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Prior food service experience desired
- possess a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- knowledge of hotel service standards
- understanding of guest relations and etiquette
Job Duties
- Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed
- continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for guests
- maintains a constant flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room
- clears dishware and flatware throughout dinner service
- completes pre, running, and post shift side-work requirements such as rollups and condiments as directed
- provides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality and ensures water glasses are full throughout the meal
- follows all standard food handling, sanitation, RBS and health department guidelines
- wears non-slip, oil-resistant shoes and follows all safety policies and procedures
- reports potential safety issues to manager and takes immediate action in emergencies
- assists servers with food and water for guests
- cleans and re-sets tables in dining areas
