Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage supervision preferably in hotel resort or upscale dining environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
  • Proven ability to manage operational and financial aspects of food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations in assigned food and beverage outlets ensuring smooth efficient and guest-focused service
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in upholding OTH and brand service standards
  • Coach train and guide team members to bring authenticity and personality to every guest interaction
  • Lead by example on the floor modeling warm professional and unscripted hospitality
  • Monitor quality presentation and timeliness of food and beverage delivery
  • Assist in managing scheduling labor control and inventory to support financial goals
  • Handle guest feedback with care resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations
  • Partner with culinary banquet and bar teams to deliver seamless service across all areas
  • Ensure strict adherence to health safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork positivity and empowerment within the department
