Job Duties
- Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables between guests, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Refill water glasses, replenish bread, and assist with delivering food or beverages when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and side work areas
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, transporting them to the dishwashing area
- Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
- Support the team in maintaining a polished and professional dining environment that meets brand and health standards
