Job Duties

  • Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables between guests, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
  • Refill water glasses, replenish bread, and assist with delivering food or beverages when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and side work areas
  • Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, transporting them to the dishwashing area
  • Restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
  • Support the team in maintaining a polished and professional dining environment that meets brand and health standards
