Job Requirements
- Flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail for quality
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

- Previous experience as a barista preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, milk frothing, and brewing methods

- Knowledge of coffee, menu items, ingredients, and food safety and sanitation
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately including customizations like milk type and syrups, answer menu questions, and process payments
- Prepare hot and cold drinks following recipes, often involving latte art and specific techniques for espresso, coffee, and teas
- Serve baked goods, sandwiches, and other food items
- Keep the bar, dining area, equipment such as espresso machine and grinders, and restrooms clean, stocked, and organized
- Restock supplies like syrups, cups, coffee beans, and pastries
- Brew drip coffee, handle dishes, manage trash, and potentially assist with deliveries or special events
