Job Duties
- Greeting the guests with a smile and friendly hello
- seating the guest
- guest recognition
- guest service
- monitoring entry area and restrooms for cleanliness
- properly operating the telephone
- accurately gauging wait list times with assistance from the MOD and informing the guest
- saying goodbye and thank you to all guests
- opening side work
- closing side work
- taking To Go and Room Service orders and coordinating proper delivery
- thorough knowledge of all coupons, promotions, and special events in restaurant
- thorough knowledge of all food items including daily specials
- assisting other departments when necessary
- answering the phone in a timely manner
- providing directions to guests
- keeping the gift shop clean and orderly
- stocking the gift shop properly
- assisting co-workers as needed
